The Polish Diary

Hi guys! Hope your weekend has been fantastic so far. I have been busy with work lately so I have not posted in some time but I have a great polish to show to you today. Although I would classify this polish as a fall shade I just love it, and wear it all the time. Rimmel Steel Gray is a putty color with a hint of grey. I guess I am ready for fall. I have to say I am pretty sick of this heat. It is miserable out there! Ready for fall and sweaters and jeans. I also have something fun planned for The Polish Diary this next week. I am doing "I Have The Blues" week featuring some great blue polishes new and old! Blue is my most absolute favorite color and I am excited to show you guys. Awhile back i had some nails that I had posted for Flickr Nails Tuesday that I fell in love with. They were a cute take on the cheetah nail. It was more of a neutral design. I had to try this mani out myself. I applied a coat of Wet n Wild French White Creme to make my nail opaque. I applied two coats of Sinful Colors Social Ladder (thin consistency). I made my dots using Rimmel-Steel Gray. The black outlines were made using Wet n Wild Black Creme. This was a pretty simple mani. I used a toothpick for making the black lines. I can't wait to try out my next adventure (Splatter Nails), but the boyfriend said I had to do that outside. I guess he is still recovering from my water marbling adventure .
