L'Oréal Project Runway - Raven's Strength

So this is the first of two polishes that I have to show you from the Project Runway Collection. This is Raven's Strength which is a gun-metal grey polish with a great frosty shimmer. The shimmer is a tad bit streaky but I could have maybe fixed that with one more coat. I really like the formula on these L'Oreal polishes, they were almost one coaters. This was my first nail polish buy from the L'Oreal line and I will keep my eyes peeled for future ones because I really loved this polish.


I really wanted to try some of the makeup from this collection but never got the chance to purchase any. Did anyone stock up on any Project Runway L'Oreal Collection makeup or polishes? Who is your fave on Project Runway this season? Mine is Anya

Water Marble Success

Happy Friday All! Today I have for you as promised my second full-on attempt of a water marble. If you follow me on Twitter I gave a sneak peak of this last night. I was so excited to show it off.  I have been wanting to try this again since my first time I attempted it. The first time I water marbled it was a disaster. They did not turn out the way I wanted and it literally took me 3 hours to do both hands. It was exhausting to say the least and I was a tad bit apprehensive to try it again. Boy am I glad I DID! Look how freaking cool this turned out. Had to showcase the thumb! L-R Sally Hansen Blue Me Away, Wet Concrete, Mellow Yellow. I used a base of Wet n Wild White Creme under the water marble. I used all Sally Hansen polishes for my water marble. I love this color scheme. My sister told me it looked very 70's. I agree! Tropical Sunset

Happy Friday! Well I don't know about you but I wish I was on a beach somewhere. Instead I'm having to settle for nail art sunsets. I have to say this was quite easy to do, but I will say I am only showing you my left hand for a reason. My Thumb = My favorite! I got my inspiration from  IartKandi's YouTube video. Click the link to watch her video. Her tutorial is great and she taught me everything I know. This is the fist time I attempted sponging let along using a stripe brush to make a object. I mean stripes I have done but palm trees, definitely not. It went better than expected and I love the results. L-R  Glitzerland, Y'all Come Back Ya Hear?, Blazed, Dream Poppy, Black Striper, Makeup Sponge I laid down two coats of Glitzerland to make my nail opaque. I then put one coat of Y'all Come Back Ya Hear? over my whole nail. Next came the sponging which was quite fun. I sponged on Blazed first which is a coral so it blended the orange and the pink togeth
