13 Days of Halloween Nails - Day #6 - Pumpkin Nail Fail!

Sorry for a late post again! So I really did not even want to show this mani because I did such a horrific job but there is 13 days and I only have 13 ideas. So for that fact I am posting this attempt at a pumpkin mani. I guess this is my chance to ask for feedback. What tool is used best for small details when doing nail art? I have used it all but have not found anything that works really well for small detail i.e. corners, curves, words. Are there like pens or something I don't know about that would help me in my nail art efforts? Any who, on to the pumpkin fail.

  1. I think it came out cute. I use a toothpick for really small details. I also use a modified brush, I had to shave a ton of the bristles off to get a really small point.

  2. I like it! I do not even bother to attempt free hand, my hand just isn't steady enough. My guess though would be a very fine brush and maybe acrylic paint rather than nail polish?? I've seen the acrylic paint used before! Hope that helps!

  3. Stephanie, I think that it's cute, and you did a better job than I could!! Aren't there nail pens out, by OPI? I'm not sure what to suggest.
