White Chocolate Holiday Nails

Here is a quick Christmas mani I did this week. I actually got this idea for this jelly sandwich from PolishAholic's Black Friday Mani. I did not have a shimmery white but I had a great white jelly that looked great with it.

I used Wet n Wild Hush Hush for my base as well as my jelly topcoat. The glitter I sandwiched in between is China Glaze Party Hearty. I love the look of this mani. It is very festive and reminds me of white chocolate almond bark with sprinkles. Here is a shot of Hush Hush on its own.

This is 3 coats of Hush Hush. I like that is not such a stark white. Sometimes those can give you a headache! This polish also dried very quickly as do most of my Wet n Wilds. I have more holiday manis coming up so keep a look out!

Dollish Polish's A Christmas Story Limited Edition Frankens

I am getting so excited for Christmas! I almost have all of my shopping done and all of the presents are wrapped! We usually wait until the last minute to wrap and it is hell. So, we decided to start a little earlier this year. Back to the polish. I purchased these polishes about a week or so ago and they arrived this past Friday. These were purchased from the Etsy etailer Dollish Polish. These polishes are very mini but I love them so. Here is what they arrived in.
And them out of the bag:

Aren't they so cute! I love A Christmas Story movie. I watch it multiple times every season. These photos do not even do these mini polishes justice because they are so much prettier in real life. The first polish I chose to wear was I Triple Dog Dare Ya! Triple Dog Dare Ya! is such a cool sparkly holographic polish. It is a  micro, hexagon and fine bar glitter suspended in a clear base. It catches the light so beautifully but it is hard to capture that in a photo.

Sorry for tip wear. I was waiting for sun that never came
I layered Triple Dog Dare Ya! over OPI DS Magic. OPI DS Magic is a slight duo chrome polish that shifts from blue to purple. I love the combo together with the glitter! I forgot to get a blurred photo but this pic was on my camera and I thought it was pretty cool.

Dollish Polish can be purchased on Etsy. I bought this Limited Edition Franken set for $12. She is currently on vacation for the holiday but her store will re-open January 9th. I am going to try and get all of these on my fingers by Christmas but I am saving It Says F-R-A-G-I-L-E for Christmas Day.

OMG...I'm Gettin' Miss Piggy with it, with the Fresh Frog of Bel Air

I'm Baaaack!!!! I am happy to say that school is over and I am back to blogging! I have missed you all so much and I am getting really excited for Christmas. My whole wish list for x-mas was mostly polish with a few other items sprinkled in. I have not had alot of time for manis but I have a x-mas themed one to show you.
I used a base of China Glaze OMG and alternated OPI Getting Miss Piggy With It and Fresh Frog of Bel Air. I really love this combo and I wish they made Christmas ornaments that looked like these! I will have much more Christmas manis over the next week. I placed an order with Dollish Polish for the Limited Edition A Christmas Story Glitter Trio's. I have been stalking the mail man waiting for them to arrive. I will post pics as soon as I get them in. I am hoping tomorrow!
